It is worse than that, before Iran contra our congress totally suspended even that and put in place a United States Corporation. Covers all USA except District of Columbia. Since a corporation issues Birth Certificates, they carry title. The cabal then monetizes each person and what they will make over their life time etc. and trades these just like any other financial instruments.
