I am a former NJ resident. I received 4 DTP injections by the time I was about 1 year, if I recall correctly. Those injections contained mercury, I believe, and were associated with much vaccine injury. I believe mercury vaccine damage has been the biggest cause of what we used to term "mental retardation" and was the direct causal factor for the US to pass the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. NJ has historically been heavily industrialized with a toxic legacy of chemical and heavy metal contamination. Another source that I saw recently reported that 200,000 lives may have been lost due to Vioxx. Why wouldn't Merck deliberately sell dangerous vaccines.
