past notables is an arbitrary list that many don't care about. many anons put in hard work to keep offline archives available, as Q has instructed. why remove them? more importantly, why not add them back in?
yes those links, perhaps the most crucial set of information to be missing. online sites can and will go offline. and the title of (Old Rules Page) doesn't make sense or is misleading. It should be labeled Offline Resources or something similar.
