There is a worldwide epidemic of iodine deficiency. Also, unlike commercially-processed products, traditional salt contains more than just sodium chloride, there are other trace minerals in it. There are iodine receptors on every cell in the body, upping the intake will knock halogens off them.

Another worldwide deficiency epidemic is vitamin D. People are not getting enough sunshine and that lack is implicated in an enormous number of illnesses. Again, receptors all over the body requiring way more vitamin D to fill than people are getting. In both instances of vitamin D and iodine deficiency the bastards messed with supplementing both in the diet back in the first half of the last century, with only just enough to hide major symptoms, thyroid goiter as a result of iodine deficiency and rickets as a result of vitamin D deficiency.

Apply your research skills, there's a shit-ton of info out there.

No one is allowed on the playing field unless they're on the cabal's team. No one. We're talking a totally-controlled internet and sub-populations whose lives are on the line if they spill the beans. Any website or source person that manages to pump out significant amounts of "real" news without being taken down is cabal-run. Typically the news will be 80% real to build credibility and the other 20% will be salted in to misdirect and confuse on "better" websites. Once someone trusts a site, they can be led in the wrong direction by that 20%, and that %20 can also mushroom to %100.

Given this, the only effective way to understand what's going on is to frequent multiple websites that seem to have a lot of credible news, and then start building a logic puzzle with data points, which involves juggling multiple realities as the pile grows. As certain realities seem more valid, focus can be made on adding data points that support them, constantly modifying and refining, but it's essential to be willing to chuck the whole package if there's something that comes along that totally discredits it, because there's weasels out there assigned to do nothing but create false realities. After a lot of time and hard work, an image will form and it's just a matter of adding nuances, that's one of the most exciting times, lots of "Aha" moments as things become clearer.
