We learned earlier today that a Haitian Orphanage founder was arrested in the Dominican Republic (sounds Laura Silsby-ish).

Michael Geilenfeld, a gay man, lost his orphanage and boys home in 2015 (3.5 years ago) for reports of sexual abuse. Went missing after the closing.

The home, St. Joseph's Home for Boys was also a tourist B&B and listed on such sites as Trip Advisor (comments say it was lovely, some said had icky vibe etc)

St. Joseph also made money touring the US (trafficking???) through the religious system visiting churches to perform for congregations.
