I listened closely to the hearing.
There was a comment from Sen Kennedy about "a plane landing" and then Barr says the same thing a little later. 1:33:00 around in there
a: I'm not going to g… as I said I'm landing the plane right now and I've been willing to
discuss my letters and the process going forward, but, the reports going to be out next week and I'm just not going to get in to the details of the process until the plane is on the ground."
I must have missed the discussion on this.

My sense is that Strzok and McCabe got two senators to push the judge into signing the warrant.
