Was Edmond the guy who ran the open air drug market at New York Ave and North Capitol St? Because that was a scary scene when stopped at red light, lock the doors and roll up the windows, Night of the Living Dead with 20-30 junkies bumbling around in the intersection. I didn't know until years later that the entire block was an open heroin etc market, BET documentary and the subject I presume was Edmonds being interviewed in a brand new Benz SLC. He did not look poor or unhappy. Clearly he knew which pols and dirty DC cops and feds made his business ppossible and profitable.
