The scion of the Rothschild banking family met with Vice-President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva, who was sporting a flared cuff pirate shirt, which is as functional as it is fashionable–she later used the sleeves to dry the dinnerware after their brunch meeting last week.
