No, I take it as "N" referring to Nazis I think Q is pointing out that those who are pushing the NWO are Nazis (or the offspring on Nazis). I also think that he is saying that the Nazis (via Pope Francis who is from Argentina - the place many high level Nazis escaped to) control the Church at the moment.
