It might be they're cultivated and then triggered for this particular behavior. I've been wondering if it's v2k. They might have had their nekkid switch intentionally thrown kind of like a one-car accident, not too complicated and enough shock value. The more complicated scenarios are saved for times needing more distraction, but both are rolled out on a regular basis to keep the public (dis)stressed.
