Don't try to imply that good guys or Q had anything to do with this fire.
They would not hurt innocent people, or destroy landmarks.
That's what the cabal does.
a new restoration project to repair Notre Dame after the fire, could be a desperate attempt to start a charity/slush fund?
I imagine it could be a possibility if we see campaigns starting ( like in back to the future, save the clock tower, kek) to collect massive amount of donations in order to repair the damage.
