This reminds me of 9/11. When we were able to watch live, the 2nd plane hit the wtc, and there is no evidence of any government activity at all trying to stop it.
If we had armed the tv cameramen with surface to air missles, maybe they could've shot down the 2nd plane. They, at least, were on the scene, apparently our amazingly expensive military had the day off.
