How can 2+4 be a peace-treaty when it wasn't signed by the German war party? The constitutional state taking at war has been Deutsches Reich. The constitutional government was couped 1918. We're missing the peace-treaty for WW1! In 1917 the Balfour Declaration turned the European war into a world war with Deutsches Reich being kept in state of war as a zionists' dead pledge for Isreal in Palestine.
