Weld's announcement seems relevant to me.
Historically, I've often voted Libertarian as a way to express non-consent to both of the two major party candidates (when I recogized that both were part of the swamp.) Not every time, but it's been my most common choice in the general election.
In 2016, I voted for POTUS. But I noted that the Libertarian vice-presidential candidate - Weld - was making swamp-like noises, and that bothered me because the Libertarians (for all their faults) seemed not as bad in general.
So watching Weld's moves is interesting to me.
