49th Operations Group (OG). The Wing at Holloman AFB, NM where these were stationed was home to the 49th Fighter Wing. They used to fly F-15 air to air models in the early 90s and also taught Introduction to Fighter Fundamentals (IFF) using AT-38 'Smurf Jets'….so called due to the blue camo paint scheme. The 49 OG would have been one echelon below Wing level in the hierarchy.
