The removal of the statues last thursday opened up the interior of Notre Dames roofing infastructure and cavities.
12 different points to weaken the roof with fire.
This is where the fire originated.
I assume that just like in America’s modern construction industry, migrant workers made up the majority of the general laborer workforce on this project.
France took part in the bombing of Syria last year.
The cameras inside the building would have prevented a reasonable attack such as this from hapoening however I doubt highly there were survellience on the roof where the statues removal left the centeries old dry and wooden interior open to an attack by arson. Homemade napalm or other easy to acquire, and near impossible to track, accelerant could have been applied near the end if the workday and ignited by even a crude device.
Question is was it an attack by Islamic militants on an ultra iconic symbol of Christianity that survived WW1 and WW2 unharmed along with the French Revolution etc…
Or was it someone seeking to stoke the fires of an already revolting yellowvest unrest and add to the fire further by stoking the anger against the islamization of France and Europe already boiling over.
Or both?
