That's where class action lawsuits come in.
If these companies are not honoring user permissions, that's billions in losses collectively.
It's why I talk of permission denial, and not information gathering denial.
That is still under research; There's been a high number of system updates starting in late February, coincidentally.
I literally bough the "andriod one" version of 9.x for research.
