Actually, “forced by deception” into paying taxes as a nonresident alien as if you were a resident alien. But the IRS code is so complex on purpose for these types of deception. You wilfullly agreed when you filled out your W-4 form which was a requirement to get a job. How many 16 year old kids postpone employment while they go validate the corrupt IRS code? None.
