Trump speaking about the Notre-Dame fire. At 1:25 in the video Trump says,"……it's a tar…, it's a terrible scene."

Did Trump almost say "Tartarian" in reference to the supposed earlier civilization that some claim were the actual builders of the Notre-Dame cathedral and many other buildings like it across the world?
