I can see 3 realistic theories on Notre Dame.
1/ Accident
As France spends her money on population replacement, infrastructure crumbles, including churches. The East Euros and especially North Africans working on the renovation are less competent than the French tradesman of old, and at best lack respect towards this magnificent building.
2/ Islamic terror.
Apparently there are 3 vandal attacks on churches a week. Lots of Muslims laughing on social media. Revenge for Christchurch.
3/ Deep state shenanigans.
Distraction from the forthcoming Mueller report, attempt to start Rahowa going before the really damaging info drops. Suspicious that the Crown of Thorns was removed a couple of weeks before, maybe they need that for some ritual or something.
