So my buddy watches me fill my thermos with boiling water then after a couple of minutes I dumped it and filled the thermos with covfefe.

Whyโ€™d you do that he asks.

Think about it I answered.

To clean it he asks?

I looked at him and all I could say was, โ€œitโ€™s gonna be a long dayโ€.

Maybe two hours later he yells to me, โ€œ to pre-heat itโ€.

My faith in humanity was restoredโ€ฆ.

During the textile mill days here 2 and 3 decker houses called tenements where built in the 10โ€™s of thousands. In the late 1800โ€™s they were all framed with Oak. You can buy a fixer upper for say $100K, fix it up and play the landlord game renting out apartments. People who buy these (the smart ones) insure them for total replacement cost. If it was to burn down your looking at insurance payout as high as $500K or more on your $100K investment because to bulid one today with Solid Oak Framing is beyond crazy expensive.

Tenement fires that carry this type of coverage are gone through with a fine tooth comb because of the massive monies involved.

All I want is out of this is for it not to be a Trojan Horse thing.

I voted for Trump.

Hilldawg and what in my gut I knew she was scared me.

Not so much for me but for the children.

Children and their future here is what worries me most.
