I've been digging trying to find the owners of these facitities. They are privately owned but state funded. They pay the workers squat and pocket a lot of money. Imagine my surprise when I found out the owners were OWL global.
But two years later, Campbell was hired at the Okeechobee Redirection Camp, managed by the California-based company Owl Global.
