The image from the rtve.es stream above even says so ("pompeo").
In yesterday's 3hr 1080p stream from CNBC it's clearly visible that there are up to three firefighters up there in that scene.
But I have no doubt they'll keep trying ….
Correction for a mix-up:
Pompeo is the name, bombero is the firefighter.
