It is not just the additives. Not at all. If you gave a child the same number of real illnesses, or fake illnesses, the result would be the same.
The astrocytes in the brain normally look like many octopuses with their feet on the neurons. Their job is to repair/protect the brain neurons.
When the brain gets a signal that the body has a cold, or a flu, or a shot, or any illness, the astrocytes curl to a teardrop shape. They take their feet off the neurons and they start spitting poison to kill the virus, bacteria, whatever it might be.
This is why your head feels like shit when you are sick, and you naturally quarantine yourself. (which stops the spread of disease naturally)
In the case of real illness, which has come through the gut, where 80% of the immune system is, there is an "off switch" activated for the astrocytes. After the flu or cold is gone. It only takes a few days, then the astrocytes stop poisoning the brain in an attempt to kill any illness. The crap feeling in your head leaves you, and you function normally again.
The damage to the brain is done, but, the astrocytes uncurl and start to repair the damage they just had to do.

In the case of vaccines, the illness bypasses the gut, going sraight to the blood stream. After the illness, it takes six weeks or more for those astrocytes to finally stop spitting poison. They never get a shut off signal. The brain continues to be poisoned usually a minimum of 6 weeks, which was a shock to discover.
We did not know this until recently, but, it is EASY to see what is happening today with electron microscopes and MRI's. (Vid related)
Add the mercury to that shot, and all those things "added to the vaccine" that OP talks about: (adjuvants that are put in the shots to hype up the immune system to attack, because attenuated viruses are often ignored).
The result is more constant brain damage cocktail.
The difference between natural illness and vaccine is the poison off switch. To the brain, vaccines are long term illnesses due to the lack of shut off.
You need time for a child to grow their brain.
Vaccines reduce that time severely, because too much constant illness and long term poisoning. Each shot has three illnesses.
Consider the reality for a moment:
MMR = Measles, Mumps, Rubella.
DPT for instance is Dyptheria, Pertussis, Tetnus.
Average number of vaccines before kindergarten now is 36-40 tri-illness vaccines. At 36 shots, that is 96 illnesses in 5 years.
Real illnesses are bad enough, but, at least the poison control system works with an off switch when the illness is gone. Still, you would never subject a child to 96 real illnesses even if the astrocyte off switch worked.
