RE: call to digg on 5sec vid of guy at ND

The original video is a phone cell capture by (I’m assuming) a Spaniard watching the live broadcast of ND burning on th Spanish 24-hour channel RTVE (you can make out the logo in the lower left hand corner of the screen as the cell phone pans the tv screen). The time of this broadcast shows as 20:48:02 (also on th tv screen).

I have not been able to find any RTVE video currently online that comes from that time period on the evening of the fire, but I’m phonefagging so maybe someone else (an anon español?!) can verify whether or not RTVE keeps archived editions of their 24 broadcasting?
