Anon, there's actually better footage of "the guy" seen in the belltower., and there's nothing spoopy about this. There were actually THREE guys, clearly firefighters, in the full-color vid you can see the reflective yellow strips on their jackets.

I'm convinced that the fire was set, but this "guy in the belltower" discussion is a slide.
