I am in full retard mode these days and during POTUS' remarks a short while ago, he said the word, "stigmacal". Obviously not a word, so I googled it. I found this Fakebook page for "#StopStigmaCal".

And I had bread from earlier open. The background of the POTUS image shared and his background in an anon's post (>>6211038 (pb)) are strikingly similar.
I am guessing this is the campus. Interesting architecture on that tower…hope this helps
