He's implying he knows who Satoshi is. This might be a slide / distraction tailored to a certain demographic. I'll go as far as to say I believe Satoshi speaks Hebrew. McAfee might be toying with his own life here. Or he might consist of many layers. I only dug so far into that drama where he was living.
