The only thing God allows is free will and unconditional love. God did not give Lucifer dominion over us, all of Lucifer and his minions actions prove that they're very aware of and use the law of free will against us as much as they can. At some point we chose to be here, to learn something, to prove something. God isn't some being that would have us kept under his constant guard in a kindergarten, he wants us to grow and do things on our own. Lucifer is powerless without the consent of us mortal souls, some have chosen to be his willing servants and inflict evil, majority of people have chosen apathy in the face of it all, and we have chosen to fight against it, we all have a choice, reject Lucifer and you're on the right path.
