No. towards UC Santa Cruz. open area there like the picture. Lived in that area for many year's. Rode bike on all those roads-including the mystery spot. Came into this convo late so don't know exact extent of where you are with it.

The pic of comey looks exactly like just north of where the town of santa cruz ends on north side. Highway 1 going north towards davenport.

it could be anywhere on highway one but that the most likely as it gets a bit moar rough the further north you go-and access harder. Could even be Ano Nuevo which is further up the road.

that is not private. You can walk out there as it is a great surfing area. Jumped off those cliffs a few times myself

here is a pic looking back at it. the end of that point did not have a fence year's ago and surfer's jump off to the other side, opposite. Catch the swells from right to left. You get out a few hundred yards down and walk back up…jump back in and repeat.

There used to be major hotties during the summer too! Water still freezing and needed a 3-5mil suit even on a hot summer day. Water never really got above 57d

familiar. but that looks like a house was removed.

Most of the sections around santa cruz and south towards capitola are all public. "Fed" the ducks at margaritaville on capitola beach afew times in my life too. So did blassey-ford

have not been for awhile so just going from memory. That other pic looking out towards ocean appears to have a house on it from that angle. With any beach area's there is public access and the access you make. Can remember many a night in that area as a younger person. It has changed for sure so not the current authority by any mean's.

Awfully difficult I think. Much of that area is so similar. Can be a drop off cliff at one point and then open like that one. Could even be further south heading towards watsonville. Needle in haystack I think. Money is on north of santa cruz thoguh fwiw

that's where I think they were. As mentioned could even be further south heading towards watsonville. Very similar terrain from Half moon bay all the way down to monterey
