The 21C is a "boutique art hotel" with a growing number of locations. The one I'm talking about is in Bentonville, AR. Home of Crystal Bridges Museum of Art, Walmart of course (with all their shipping and logistics mastery), and a fairly new Gina Davis headed film festival which is a real SJW-fest.

This area has CHANGED VERY QUICKLY in the past few years. I've watched it go from a humble, unknown, heavily-churched, family-focused town to a (another anon said Stepford which is really perfect) prefab artificial hipster enclave in less than 10 years.
So we have a confluence of potential sketchiness…art world, which is a means of smuggling (in the town with the best logistics anywhere oh and I should mention JB Hunt are here too), the mega-rich (corporate giants), Hollywood…all descending upon a populace of pure innocents who let their kids roam free. It's sad.
Also conveniently nestled in the Ozarks which is apparently the place to be during an apocalypse.
Anyway, I feel like someone is trying to undo the buckle of the Bible Belt and I don't like it! Any anons want to dig on this? I can make the random connections but that's about it.
