Measles at the Googleplex: Infected Google employee may have exposed others
Hundreds of Google employees may want to search “measles symptoms” on the slog home from work, after learning that one of their own has been diagnosed with measles.
David Kaye, an occupational medicine physician who works on Google’s campus, told workers in an email sent last week that the Googler had been in an office building at 1295 Charleston Road in Mountain View on April 4.
“We have been working with the Santa Clara County Public Health Department and they would like us to share this measles advisory, which contains information on measles, exposure risks and actions to be taken,” Kaye wrote in an email obtained by BuzzFeed News.
Google did not immediately respond to an emailed request for comment.
