Understood…just put a bun together of whatever crumbs you have and why you think it's worth a dig. Drop it in the bread from time to time to see if a digger runs with it. Good luck…rivers of evil have been dammed doing just this. Everybody plays to a strong suit and it all compliments in the end.
Just open notepad and jot down whatever you have in a clear understandable format…answer as many Who, What, Where, When, Why, How type questions as you can…build the reasonable suspicion to get a digger to start filling in more blanks….hopefully enough to make a case either for calling attention to it or getting the authorities to go formal.
Also get a relevant attention grabbing photo get eyes onto the bun.
Paste it into a post and link the photo…see what happens. If nothing…do again the next day at a diff time (diff Anons)…after a few trys if nothing happens…the dog don't hunt.
