IMO, we're not there yet. The purpose of the suicides will be, as usual, to cover the tracks leading to the highest players (and remove some underlings who failed to stay out of the light.) The ones who off themselves are going to be the awfully loyal, hardcore Cabalist bastards.

But here's a collateral thought - isn't this a prime point in time also, for a few defections of people who were filthy as hell but just not up to killing themselves?
