I was amazed to hear that they won't prosecute, and probably won't even bother arresting for up to 3 grams of Meth or Heroin. That's about 30 fixes of Heroin. Morale with the PD is so low that they aren't arresting for much of anything, because they are released the next day, and sentencing is a joke with no significant time for Felony level crimes.
