You'd think the press would welcome Barr coming out and mis-representing the Mueller report. That way they can PROVE he's a liar.
What the press fears is the truth. They do not want the truth to come out. The tactic is to manufacture an issue - no matter what Barr says, the fact he went first will be an issue.
I suspect the time for defections has expired. Bruce Ohr and Bill Preistap, and the FBI press dude, Kornan or something like that, maybe Lynch. The rest are hard core to the end.
Agreed, the heat won't get intense for another couple months. Mueller report at most hints at some doors that ought to be opened.

Seems to me they have their narrative under good discipline. They are all spouting the same BS. Barr going to the WH … "COLLUSION!" Barr giving a presser? "TOADIE!" Redactions? "TOOL OF RUSSIA!"
Not only is the Obama executive branch about to be exposed, so are certain complicit members of Congress, and so it the press. This story is at the "preface" phase. We know what it is about.
It's manufactured outrage. Same idea as manufactured accusation. The press can cover manufactured "anything" for days. There is no need for the outrage to be rational, it merely has to exist.
