Huge! Although a 2009 article says: "the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development reports that 29,570 people, 0.4 percent of all those in federally funded housing, are "ineligible noncitizens", there was a 2012 Facebook post that claimed 60% of people in HUD housing are illegals. I bet that number is much closer to reality, and this new rule will be a devastating blow to the illegal horde!
