I agree the gov shouldn't be allowed to seize property for taxes. It's very predatory and damaging to people. However, gov gotta paid too, so I would support placing a gov lien on property for back property taxes, or possibly seizing fed/state income tax refunds. But no property seizure.
Probably all the dick they have to suck to graduate from J school.
