I have no problem with City run car parks for those living in cars, but they shouldn't be able to park in neighborhoods, or you'll have public urination and defecating all over the place, not to mention hypodermic needles. Ask San Francisco how that's working out for them. It's a personal choice for many to just keep using drugs, and live on the cheap. Not conducive to city life.
