It seems to me the economic development plan makes sense (for a change). Some items are rehashed. In short the govt worked with financial groups to have a way to invest in opportunity zones.

my property taxes now exceed what my mortgage was. People get literally taxed out of their homes.
I am rapidly becoming one of them. Property taxes need to be severely curtailed and frankly, eliminated. How do I own my home and land if I can't afford to pay rent to the government.
