I would surmise that the "twin towers" of Notre Dame were indeed slated to fall. There were reports of a fire in the right tower. At least if I understand the moon/sun and message encoded in cathedral architecture correctly - the modern church seems to be upset that the builders of the cathedrals encoded to true natural religion/science of the Earth/Humans into the cathedrals and that this was not discovered by the modern church until th 1800s (NDC was already 700+ years old already).
Recall that the Twin Towers in NYC were replaced with the single "Freedom Tower" (1776 ft high).
I am not an architectfag, but the wireframes of the "new" NDC seems partially similar to the Freedom Tower's design. Unfortunately for the luciferians, the "twin towers" of the cathedral did not fall, which I believe they were meant to - white hats must have stopped that knowing that failure for these towers to fall/be damaged beyond repair was an essential part of their plan.
