SEOUL (Reuters) - North Korea no longer wants U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo involved in nuclear talks, calling for someone who “is more careful and mature in communicating”, state media said on Thursday.
The official KCNA news agency also said, quoting Kwon Jong Gun, a senior official at the North’s foreign ministry, that “no one can predict” the situation on the Korean peninsula if the United States does not abandon the “root cause” that compelled Pyongyang to develop its nuclear program, without elaborating.
Mya-Lecia Naylor, the BBC children's TV star, has died aged 16. Naylor, who appeared in shows including Millie Inbetween and Almost Never, died on April 7 but the cause of death remains unclear.
Naylor starred alongside Emily Atack, Fleur East and Tess Daly on CBBC show Almost Never.
The programme followed boyband The Wonderland and rival girl group Girls Here First as they competed on a fictional TV talent competition The Spotlight.
A statement from her representatives, A&J Management, described Naylor as "deeply talented" and said they would miss her "greatly".
They said: "It is with the deepest sorrow we have to announce that on Sunday 7th April Mya-Lecia Naylor, very sadly, died.

It won’t matter to the MAGA yokel crowd and the QAnon loons, but what we’ll see from the report will be the serious men and women from the SCO, FBI, DOJ and intel community facing up to urgent national security threats and rampant obstruction, not a rabid pack of partisan Democrats chasing Trump and his blameless allies. Instead of a witch hunt, we’ll almost certainly see that this was a fine-grained, highly professional investigation of the leads that generated a broad, well-sourced, and fully justified effort.
The Mueller investigation has already given us an idea of the scuzzy, sleazy behavior of several of Trump’s close advisers, including Michael Cohen, Roger Stone and Paul Manafort. We’ll see more, and it won’t be pretty.
