At 7:00, Barr does NOT clear Assange. Barr clears the Trump campaign and POTUS as not being involved in the "hacking" of materials that WL published. Big huge massive distinction there.
The charges against "Russian Military Operatives" are still standing, and those military personnel are still "at large". So, to reiterate:
Trump Cleared
"Some hacking occurred"
The result of the "hacking" ended up in WL hands
WL and Assange "not cleared", nor "implicated"
How those documents were obtained is clearly stated as "illegal".
