I think a key finding is that it was the Russian GRU, and not necessarily the Kremlin itself that was attempting to 'interfere' with the election.
So I'm guessing that one of these '10 points of possible obstruction' will be Trump simply tweeting 'witch hunt'.
How about the argument that who on Earth would attempt to obstruct an investigation into a crime that they did not commit? I think the very idea of that is absurd. You didn't commit a crime, but will commit a crime to try and stop an investigation into the crime you did not commit!
