191 - 200 covers False Statements and Obstruction of the Investigation. It outlines first, the legal definitions of False Statements, Perjury, Obstruction of Justice; and second, Application to Individuals.
The individuals are: i. George Papadopoulis, ii. [redacted for personal privacy + GJ], iii. Michael Flynn, iv. Michael Cohen, v. {redacted for Harm to Ongoing Matter, & vi. Jeff Sessions.
i. George Papadopoulis summary - On 1-27-2017 Papa D agreed to be interviewed by FBI re: potential Russian gov interference in 2016 election. Mueller says papa D lied about the timing, extent, and nature of communications with Joseph Mifsud, Olga Polonskaya, and Ivan Timofeev. Papa D acknowledged he met with Mifsud who said he had "1000's of emails" of dirt on Hildawg. He said multiple times the communications happened before he joined the DJT campaign and it was a "strange coincidence" that he was told of the dirt before he started working for the campaign. Mueller says Papa D met Mifsud for the first time March 14, 2016 after he learned he would be campaign foreign policy advisor, and told Papa D about the "dirt" on Hildawg in late April 2016 after Papa D was on the campaign. Mueller states Papa D also lied to minimize the extent of his conversations with Mifsud, calling Mifsud "a nothing" and "just a guy talking up connections or something" and that he thought Mifsud "was BS'ing". Mueller claims Papa D really understood Mifsud to have high-level Russian gov. official contacts and that Mifsud spoke with those officials before telling him about Hildawg "dirt". Mueller also says Papa D misled invetigators about Mifsud introducing him to Ivan Timofeev, a Russian national who Papa D understood to be connected with the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, even though he was asked if he met with Russian nationals or anyone with a Russian accent during the campaign.Also falsely claimed that he met Polonskaya before the campaign, and that he never had any kind of relationship with her. Mueller says he het her after joining the campaign and though she could set him up with foriegn affairs contacts in Russian gov.
Also sounds like Mifsud and Polonskaya had an intimate relationship and Mifsud drafted or edited some of her emails to Papa D.
Papa D's omitted statements caused the FBI to mishandle an interview with Mifsud at a Washington D.C hotel in February 10, 2017.
iii. Michael Flynn - Lied about conversations with Kislyak. Asked him to refrain from escalating fighting against sanctions on Russia, which Kislyak said he would refrain. Flynn told K.T. McFarland about it. Nothing new in here anons don't know.
iv. Michael Cohen - Lied about Trump Tower Moscow timeframe. Said project ended January 2016 but ended June 2016. Said no plans to travel with DJT to Russia but Mueller says he tried to arrange travel with DJT to Russia. Said he had no contacts with Russian officials about Trump Tower Moscow and then later said he had exchange with Russian spokesperson Dmitry Peskov.
vi. Jeff Sessions - Mueller says while Sessions said he didn't talk to Kislyak or any Russians he actually did, but much ado about nothing and Sessions didn't actually lie as defined by the law, due to the way the questions were presented to Sessions.
