This section was mostly uninteresting. Starting at 391 to 393 are citing previous court cases as examples to investigate or prosecute a sitting president. Most were references to cases involving Nixon.
On page 394 is the conclusion by the special counsel regarding obstruction. With the quote Barr gave in his original letter. I underlined the quote from the letter and underlined another part that seems to imply that the special counsel feels like they were not able to do a thorough investigation. I imagine this will be the spark that keeps the Russia collusion story going.
