False Statements include
>Meetings with Joseph Mifsud occurred before he joined the Trump Campaign
>PapaD believed Mifsud was BS'ing about his connections with Russia
>Failed to inform investigators that Mifsud introduced him to Ivan Timofeev
>Meeting Polonskaya before joining the Trump Campaign and had no relationship with her
The false information and omissions in PapaD's interview undermined investigators' ability to challenge Mifsud when he made inaccurate statements.
PapaD was charged with making false statements, Pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 14 days of prison, a $9,500 fineand 200 hours of community service

Flynn was charged with making false statements, pursuant to a plea agreement Flynn also pleaded guilty to making false statments in his FARA filing

>Stated Mosocw project ended in January 2016
>Never agreed to travel or considered asking Trump to travel for the project
>Stated no contact from Russian government
Cohen was charged with making false statement to the FBI and sentenced to 2 months imprisonment
