Pay attention:
Bill Binney (former NSA) has been claiming that the timestamps on the wikileak docs PROVE it was a LEAK and not a HACK.
Speed of transmission is different for a send vs. a pull (hack).
Timestamps foresically prove that the docs were SENT by someone with direct access. (SR ?) and not hacked.
Mueller claiming hack can be disproven by the documents themselves according to Binney.
