Binney says the files end-destination show they had the attributes of a network copy.

He also said that the NSA could have spotted the hack with their tools.

The fact that they didn't include that info in a report showing it was a slam dunk hack tells him they didn't spot the hack.

Now, that's not a 100% confirmation, so it ultimately will come down to JA giving up his source to know for sure.

Which, I guess he could lie about so we'll prolly never know 100% the truth here.
