Jody Hunt is a he. There is no reason to doubt this part of the report, meaning that Jody Hunt notes say what the report claims Jody Hunt notes say. I would be inclined to think the notes may be incorrect in minor ways, but not for the general sense that Trump viewed Mueller as a REAL THREAT.
John Yoo said the same thing. There is a section in Volume II (obstruction) that lays out a case for other authorities to take up, with "other authorities" naturally being Congress.
Page 392 of the pdf, part of Volume II, lays out the predicate - cases where substantial and credible basis justifies investigation of the president. What is the substantial and credible basis for each of the 10 obstruction investigations undertaken by Mueller?
